Who I am

I'm Nati Guil.

Yoga teacher specialised in mental health.
Trained and certified in Mental-Health-Aware Yoga, restorative yoga, yoga nidra and mindfulness.

I know burnout from the inside. For years I lived in high-performance mode, always two tasks ahead of my body. Yoga didn't come into my life as more discipline — it came as the way to stop running on empty.

What changed for me wasn't doing more. It was understanding what happens to the nervous system when it's been on alert for years, and having tools that actually regulate it: restorative, nidra, meditation.

Today I work with women living with stress, anxiety or insomnia, helping them reconnect with their body, their energy and their inner calm. My approach brings together the ancient wisdom of yoga with simple, sustainable therapeutic tools — so wellbeing integrates into real life, beyond the mat.

Inner Lightness is the starting point of what I teach.
