Nati Guil is a certified Yoga & Mindfulness Specialist with advanced trainings in both Adult & Children’s Mindfulness. She has guided individuals across all age groups over her many years of experience in mind & body reconnecting practices – especially in stressful periods. Her approach blends ancient wisdom with modern tools, focusing on practical techniques easily integrated in daily life.
Carla Julian pioneered Children’s Yoga in the region since 2013. She actively raises awareness and inspires little ones to happily develop and grow mindfully. Her signature family yoga sessions strengthen parent & child bonds, and she has brought Sensory Yoga for children with special additional needs to the Emirates.
